*Responsible for providing intellectual property related legal support and assistance to one or more business groups within the company. The work will include (i) *counseling on a broad range of intellectual property related issues; (ii) *preparing and prosecuting patent and trademark applications, (iii) *drafting opinions relating to patentability, non-infringement, invalidity, and right to use, (iv) *negotiating intellectual property related contracts or contract clauses, (v) *managing third party disputes relating to intellectual property, and (vi) managing outside counsel.
